General Travel Information

She can also help you with transportations from/to the airport in Lima and other side trips you would like to do while you are in Peru. She will be more than happy to help you with any reservation, question or doubt you might have regarding your trip to Peru. She speaks English!

Shuttle from Lima to Ica
We will be providing a shuttle to the Ica hotels from Lima on the morning of Friday, March 14th and a return shuttle back to Lima Sunday, March 16th. Please check back in November for details on pick up location instructions and specific times. You will need to RSVP for this shuttle pick up so when you RSVP for the wedding please also RSVP for the transportation. RSVP features on the website won't be available until after wedding invites are sent out in September.

Hotel Viñas Queirolo
This is where we will be staying during the wedding weekend. We recommend staying here or Hacienda San Juan as they are both very close to the venue. The rate for this hotel is starting at $130 per night. This rate includes breakfasts and 10% service tax. For Peruvian guests, IGV tax will need to be added to nightly rate. To obtain this rate please book through our wedding coordinator, Veronica Fernandez. Please mention that you are guests of the Otake/Foley wedding on March 15, 2025 so she can help you. We recommend staying here or Hotel Vinas Queirolo as they are both very close to the venue. The rate for this hotel is starting at $110 per night. This rate includes breakfasts and 10% service tax.
