This time of year would be similar to August/September in the US. You can expect the highs to be in the 80s and the lows to be in the 60s so best to bring layers for the evenings.
The dress code is formal (cocktail attire - not black tie). Please be aware that the venue is a vineyard and the entire wedding is outdoors so choose footwear wisely. Temperatures in Ica during March are highs in the 80s during the day and lows in the 60s during the evening.
We will provide transportation for out-of-town guests from Lima to Ica on Friday morning before the wedding and back to Lima on Sunday afternoon after the wedding. The transport will pick guests up at one location to be determined later in Miraflores and drop off guests at the recommended hotel in Ica which will also be determined later. We will also make sure there are transportation options available to take to and from Tacama for the wedding. Please be sure to RSVP if you plan to use the transport provided on Friday and Sunday so we can plan accordingly.
We do not recommend renting a car in Lima. Driving in Lima is chaotic. Ubers and taxis are available and affordable.
We are still working on this and will provide more details over the next couple months.
Depending on how many people are interested we might coordinate a group trip to Cuzco/Machu Picchu so please reach out if you are interested!
