Scheduled Transportation with our friends at RideCentric will be assisting guests to and from the ceremony and reception venues throughout the evening for ease of transportation. Note the reception venue is just 0.4 miles/4 city blocks down the street, so each are very close!

Please see our official Wedding Room Block booking link below at The Adolphus, part of the Marriott Autograph Collection. They have offered a guestroom rate of $149.00 + tax per night. PLEASE NOTE: When you go on the website you will see a $30.00 Destination/Amenity Fee added to the rate. The Destination/Amenity Fee will be removed/waived at the time of check-in. Guests will still get to enjoy the perks and amenities offered with this fee! The Adolphus offers Valet Parking only at a rate of $20.00 for Daily Valet Parking and $58.00 for Overnight Valet Parking. For those who do not wish to use Valet Parking, there are plenty of Self-Parking Garages around the hotel for a reduced price. You can also call the Marriott Reservations Phone to confirm reservations at 1 (844) 236-8187 and request to be included in the Oswalt / Ross Wedding Room Block. **Please note the last day to confirm your hotel reservations is Thursday, October 9th, 2025.**

The Statler Hotel is located directly in front of the reception venue, The Carlisle Room, for those who are Hilton loyalty members and are needing overflow guestrooms if not staying at The Adolphus. The link below provides a special, discounted wedding rate off of the rates on their website. Opened in 1956 and relaunched in 2017, The Statler Dallas in downtown Dallas is famous for its Mid-Century design and being America’s first modern hotel. Enjoy premium guest rooms, a resort-style outdoor pool, and over 26,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor event space. They offer four restaurants and bars, including a rooftop bar and a speakeasy.
