FAQs

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony should begin promptly at 4:30, so please plan to be there by 4:15 to give yourself time to grab a drink and get seated. Please arrive no earlier than 4:00.

Question

What do I wear?

Answer

While this is an intimate, outdoor event, it is still important to us for people to dress semi-formally. No need for tuxedos (unless you want an excuse to wear one!), but we are trying to avoid a "casual backyard BBQ" vibe. * Please note: The event is taking place outside, and temps will likely be in the 90s. We'll have shade and water and fans, and you can step inside the house if you need to cool off in the A/C. But keep the temp in mind when you're choosing your outfit!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to very limited space, please do not bring anyone we didn't specifically add to your invitation.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

We're celebrating in a residential neighborhood, but there should be plenty of open curbs for you to park alongside. We only ask that you please be respectful and use common sense, like not parking in front of random driveways. Speaking of driveways, please leave the venue's open for the caterer.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

Check out the "Hotels" tab for hotel recommendations! We have *not* reserved hotel blocks.

Question

What are we eating?

Answer

We've opted for a buffet of comfort foods, including tri-tip and BBQ chicken! If you anticipate needing some sort of alternative, please let us know ASAP so we can work with our caterer.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

An assortment of beer and wine will be provided. You're welcome to bring anything harder that you might want for yourself.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Please do, but note we've also hired professional photographers, so we ask that you're mindful of standing up or leaning into the aisle for the perfect shot, as you will likely make their job more difficult.
