Spoiled Dog Winery
OsKam’s favorite place on Whidbey Island! An extremely cute winery tucked away in the woods with great wine and a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Mainly outdoor seating and dog and kid friendly!
Deception Pass
OsKam’s favorite hiking spot on Whidbey! Located in the northern part of the island, Deception Pass separates Fidalgo Island from Whidbey Island. Rosario Beach is a great spot on Fidalgo Island for tide pooling and hiking. Also, where the welcome picnic will be! Deception Pass Bridge is incredible! We recommend parking on the small island halfway through the bridge or parking at either end and walking across to get the full experience.
Grayhorse Mercantile
Cute little shop of boutique goodies with a great cheese counter (including vegan cheese) and tons of canned fish. OsKam tip: Stock up on all the charcuterie fixings and head over to Spoiled Dog Winery!
Whidbey Island Bagel Factory
In OsKam’s humble opinion…the best bagels ever! If you love a soft chewy bagel, with amazingly delicious homemade spreads, we highly recommend Whidbey Island Bagel Factory. If you’re coming to the goodbye brunch, these are the bagels we will be serving, but honestly, they’re so good, you’ll probably want them more than once…
Ultra House
OsKam’s favorite place to eat on Whidbey Island! Delicious ramen for everybody in a niche little shop. Sure to warm you up after a breezy waterfront hangout.
Fort Ebey State Park
Abandoned military base with rad trails and bunkers along the water
Hierophant Meadery
If you are into spirits made out of honey, this place is very sweet! (pun intended). They’ve got many different flavors of mead, and some NA drinks, so there is something for everyone!
Skein & Tipple
A place true to Kam & Oskars’s hearts! By day it’s a yarn store with hand dyed skeins, but by night, sneak into the back to find a sailor themed speakeasy. Live music and incredible cocktails make this place an absolute gem!

Cute shop right near the ferry! Stop in for sweet treats, like Swedish candy, and locally designed clothes, art, and other goods!
