We love a sharp look—cocktail dress code, please! Just remember, this celebration takes place outdoors—so stilettos may sink faster than the Titanic, choose your shoes wisely.

3:30 PM: Shuttle service starts from The Hilton Garden Inn (26225 Riverwoods Blvd, Lake Forest 60045) to the Nienhaus residence every 15 minutes. 4:00 PM: Guests arrive. Enjoy light refreshments and live music. 4:45 PM: Ceremony begins. Join us at the designated lawn area. 5:30 PM: Cocktail hour begins. Enjoy live music, appetizers and drinks while the newlyweds briefly take photos--they will join cocktail hour soon! Check seating chart for dinner table assignment. 6:30 PM: Dinner begins under tent. Buffet-style stations with walking bartenders serving drinks, including Esteban’s signature homemade brew! Each table will also have wine bottles. 7:30 PM: Speeches and toasts followed by newlywed's first dance and parent dances. 8:00 PM: Dessert island opens. Lawn games, dancing and activities begin! 9:30 PM: Late night snack, chicken tinga bar courtesy of Maria (Karen's mom). 10:00 PM: Shuttles back to hotel run every 15 minutes. 12:00 AM: Wedding concludes.
