I swiped right. He swiped right. Oscar was about to move to NYC and start residency at NYU. While in London during the weeks leading up to his move, I assume bored, Oscar was taking a browse at the single women NYC had to offer. Little did he know that he would match with me, land in NYC and go on a date with me that very day - the rest is history.

Perfect is the only word to describe it. Oscar planned a weekend away in Charleston but the night before we left, as I got home from work and opened the door, there he was - in his dark blue suit with this incredible smile on his face - the apartment was covered with candles and red roses. Right there, in our home he got down on one knee, I cried (ugly cried), said yes and hugged my future husband - forgetting to put the ring on.
