When and where is the wedding?

We’re celebrating on May 16th, 2026 at Banner Elk Presbyterian Church. The ceremony begins at 4:00pm.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking and seating.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire.

What does cocktail attire mean?

Answer

Cocktail dresses, midi dresses, or dressy jumpsuits are perfect. For men, suits or dress shirts with slacks are recommended.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Your presence is truly the greatest gift. If you wish to give something additional, our registry is available in the registry tab on the website.
