Flight

Toronto Pearson International Airport

For our guests flying in, Toronto Pearson airport is the closest one to the farm. Located 1.5 hours (depending on traffic) drive along the 401 highway. Car rentals are available at the airport. Or you can take public transit via the UP express train to Union Station and the Via rail to Cobourg. We can come and get you from there!

UP express

This is an express train that runs directly from the airport to Union Station, downtown Toronto (where you can catch the Via to Cobourg). It runs every 30 mins from 5am-10:40pm, takes 25 mins, and costs $12

Via Rail

Via Rail will take you from Union Station, downtown Toronto, to Cobourg in an hour. It's a nice train ride along lake Ontario:) Trains run from 6:32am-5:32pm daily and tickets are $27 if you book early.

We have a variety of rooms reserved (Queen, King, Suite) for Aug 5th and Aug 6th. It is easiest to call the hotel directly to book. Provide our names, Wiersma/Thollander, for the group rate. Located 11 mins from the farm.

Camping!

You are welcome to camp out on the farm if that is appealing to you! We would love to have you around for the weekend! There are lots of flat places on the land to pitch a tent. You’ll have access to a shower, pool, and kitchen in the “dome” that has a large utility sink, fridge, and stove.
