I have a shuttle for us the day of the wedding, the shuttle schedule is below. 12 pm - Take everyone to the church, from the Hyatt. 3 pm - Take everyone to the reception, from the church 10 pm - Take everyone back to the hotel. Venue parking: I have reserved parking for those who are driving (this is for the reception). Print out the placard and put it in your car. I put the placard in the photograph of this page (I'm sorry I couldn't up load documents, you can email me 311sera@gmail.com and I can email you the map and placard).

We’re coming in from out of town, where should we stay?

https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/group-booking/INDRI/G-ROGU Everyone that is coming in earlier then Friday is going to be staying in the Carmel area (then most people will be staying at the Hyatt Regency, in downtown Indianapolis). You are more then welcome to stay in the Carmel area for Friday and Saturday nights too. We will be leaving Monday morning for our honeymoon, so most everyone is leaving Sunday or Monday.
