Question

When should i arrive Florence?

Answer

We would love for you to join us for our Welcome Event on Sunday, September 27th. Our wedding ceremony will follow on Monday, September 28th. While we’d love to have you there for both, your arrival date is entirely up to you! If you wish to explore Tuscany at your own pace, feel free to arrive earlier and soak in the sights.

Question

Is there a supervised area for kids?

Answer

To keep the party going late into the night, our welcome party, ceremony, and reception are adults-only. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We would love to celebrate with everyone, but to keep our celebration intimate and within our venue’s capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests specifically listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

Question

How will I get to the wedding ceremony?

Answer

To ensure everyone arrives comfortably and on time, we will be providing a shuttle service with coordinated pickups from central Florence locations. We highly recommend using this service. Specific pickup times and locations will be communicated closer to the wedding. Please note that the ceremony will start promptly, and the shuttles will depart on a strict schedule. If you prefer to arrange a private car service, please be mindful of local traffic and ZTL (restricted driving) zones in Florence. The commute from the pickup locations to the wedding venue is approximately 30 minutes. We’ve timed everything so you’ll have plenty of time to settle in before the ceremony begins!
