Question
What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony to ensure you are seated by the start! Parking is a short distance from the ceremony and reception, we recommend using the restroom by the parking lot before heading to the ceremony and giving yourself a little extra time!

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal! We are asking everyone to wear summer colors or pastels...one pop of summer before the start of fall! Women, think maxi or midi dresses. Men, think dress pants and a dress shirt or button down (jacket optional), please no jeans! The ceremony and reception will primarily take place on grass so avoid wearing stilettos so you don't sink into the grass!

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?
Answer
We ask that you avoid wearing white, ivory, champagne, or cream, as these colors are reserved for the bride a groom. We also ask that you refrain from wearing yellows as this is a bridesmaid color!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly request an "unplugged" ceremony with no phones. Please have them off or silenced and put away. We have a fabulous photographer who will be capturing the ceremony and we can share those pictures with whoever would like!

Will there be food?
Answer
Yes! Dinner will be served during the reception, if you have allergies please let us know when you RSVP and we will do our best to accommodate you!

Will there be a bar?

Yes! There will be signature cocktails during cocktail hour, and a selection of beer and wine during dinner and the reception.

Where should we stay?
Answer
Visit the travel tab on this website for our recommendations on lodging! Please note, the shuttle will only be going between Sun Cove (the wedding location) and Desert Canyon Resort and Desert Canyon Lodge the night before and the night of the wedding. There are not ubers in the area to travel from Chelan or Wenatchee, you would need to rent a car and have a designated driver if you plan to stay farther from Sun Cove Community!

Can I bring a guest or plus one?
Answer
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those guests listed on invitations. Your invitation will have "guest" or the guests name listed on it if you have a plus one. Thank you for understanding!

Where should I park?
Answer
When you enter the community, follow the main road all the way down towards the river. Through the gates, there will be a large parking lot near the boat launch, we recommend parking here!

When does the party end?
Answer
The reception ends at 10:00 pm, at this time the newlyweds will make their exit! The after party will be back at the Davis household, everyone is welcome! Find the address under the schedule tab!
