What time will the ceremony start?

Answer

Everyone needs to be seated by 3:45pm for the ceremony to start at 4:00pm.

What is the attire? Colors?

Answer

All guest are asked to come formal. No white! No jeans! We are asking guest to wear shades of brown or fall colors.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

For we know family and friends are traveling near and far, kids are limited. If there is a conflict, a sitter is on standby. We will need to know in advance.

Will we have to travel from the ceremony to the reception?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held on the top floor of the venue. Cocktail hour and reception will take place on the lower level of the venue.

May I record your magical day?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. We will surely share our moment captured by our professional photographer and videographer. Feel free to record and capture moments during the reception and don’t forget to use hashtag OperationWilliams!

Will There Be Drinks?

There will be an open bar. We ask that guest shower our amazing bartender with a tip!

When is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

October 30, 2025 will be our deadline to ensure an accurate count for our vendors. If you RSVP and will not be able to attend for any reason, feel free to reach out. We have a limited amount of seats and a lot of family that has not yet been added.
