Cocktail Hour

Passed Appetizers - The below combine oysters and deviled eggs, blue cheese and barbecue, all a fitting homage to each girls favorite food and a perfect introduction to Southern cooking for our out of town guests! Black and Blue Crostini - Black Angus beef topped with caramelized blue cheese and raspberry chipotle sauce on a small crostini Deviled Egg - Spicy deviled egg topped with a fried oyster garnished with bacon and scallions Deconstructed Barbecue - Lean chopped beef, potato salad and coleslaw in barbecue sauce on a spoon.

First Course

Bell Tower Salad - poached Asian pear laced with herbed goat cheese, sun-dried cranberries and baby spinach in a raspberry vinaigrette

Main Course

The main course is a combination of Sarah's heritage with crawfish étouffée and their combined favorite modern dish, duck bao. We know it is a lot of food, we wanted there to truly be something for everyone! There is of course a delicious vegan option as well for those with ethical or medical reasons for wanting a different option. Blackened pan seared chicken topped with a slightly spicy crawfish étouffée Filet of roasted duck in bao buns with hoisin sauce Asparagus with hollandaise Mashed potatoes with garlic and mascarpone

Dessert

Our wedding cake will be equally as beautiful as it is delicious! Italian wedding cake with a Bavarian cream filling or Red velvet cake with a classic vanilla frosting
