Where do I RSVP?

Answer

RSVP right here on the website! There are multiple events to RSVP to, and we would love to know your travel details and any allergies/food accommodations as well!

Are my kids invited?

Answer

While we love your children this will be a childfree event except for nieces and nephews! There will be a complimentary nanny service at the hotel during the ceremony and reception if you need to travel with your children.

What is the dress code?

Answer

There is a dress code of formal black tie optional, please dress to outshine us! If you'd like to match our vibe there are inserts in the invitation with our wedding colors but please wear what you feel most confident in! For those who want more details, this means no jeans and no flip flops. Ball gowns and tuxes are welcome, but please do not feel the need to buy something new just for our wedding! A nice cocktail dress and suit will do just fine.

Venue Rules

Answer

There are no shots allowed at the venue. It is an open bar. The after party will have a limited open bar/bottle service, then it will be cash bar!

Where should we stay?

Answer

We have a hotel block at the Omni, however there are many choices near by! Hampton Inn Galleria, Western Inn and Courtyard by Marriott have affordable options near the venue.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, the hotel has a parking fee of $29 a night, the venue has a free valet service. There will a be a shuttle to the venue in the hour before the ceremony, however there may not be enough seats if every guest uses this option, so please defer to our older guests and family members who may not be as familiar with rideshare apps! There will be a very large van at the end of the reception for all to go to the afterparty, and the smaller shuttles will be available throughout the reception if anyone wants to leave early!

Is it an open bar?

Answer

Absolutely! Also...obviously lol. The open bar will consist of a cocktail hour and the entire reception. The after party will have a limited bottle service and open bar before it becomes a cash bar.

What is the weather?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and weather is usually warm but not sweltering in October in Houston. The reception and after party will be indoors.

Do I have a plus one?

Answer

Plus ones are clearly marked on the invitation, however if you are still confused please text Sarah or Jessica!

Are you feeding me?

Answer

Yes! Please come hungry, there will be passed appetizers, a sit down dinner and cake of course! There will also be some other treats along the way as well. We can accommodate all dietary restrictions, please note these on the RSVP section for the Wedding specifically.

Is there anything else I need to know?

Answer

Please plan for an unplugged ceremony so we can look out at your smiling faces rather than phone screens! However at the reception feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like!
