FAQs

The Wedding Website of Kendall Hazel and Beth Tint
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

October 12th, 2025

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving around 4:45pm, when champagne and sparkling cider will be served. The ceremony begins promptly at 5:15pm. Please note that there is a short walk from the parking area to the ceremony site, but we'll have a golf cart available to assist guests with mobility needs.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding calls for a Semi-Formal/Dressy-Casual dress code. Feel free to wear dress shirts with slacks (a jacket and tie are optional), elegant dresses, skirts, or stylish pantsuits. We see this as a wonderful opportunity to dress up and enjoy an outfit you might not typically wear. While we want you to look fabulous, we also prioritize your comfort. Since our ceremony is outdoors and the reception will be under a tent, we recommend checking the weather forecast as our wedding date approaches to help you plan your perfect ensemble.

Question

Is there a theme?

Answer

We love Halloween! We are keeping the ceremony classic with traditional attire for the ceremony, but we invite you bring a costume for the reception if you would like.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We warmly welcome children to our celebration, trusting you to make the best decision for your family. If you feel your child would enjoy the festivities, we're delighted to have them join us. Alternatively, if you'd prefer a special evening out, we completely understand. Our RSVP will include a space for you to indicate the number of children attending, giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for you.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please do! We've done our best to consider our friends and family with dietary restrictions and allergies. But if you have an allergy please let us know and we will talk with our caterer.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, our venue offers a spacious, well-lit parking lot with a convenient walkway leading directly to the ceremony and reception location. We kindly ask that you plan responsibly if you intend to enjoy alcoholic beverages by arranging a designated driver or using rideshare services. For your convenience, guests are welcome to leave their vehicles parked overnight, and the venue will not tow any cars. However, we request that you retrieve your vehicle the following morning, as additional wedding events are scheduled.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We've chosen to create a honeymoon fund in place of a traditional registry. If you'd like to contribute to our first adventure as a married couple, we would be deeply grateful for a gift toward our upcoming travels.

Question

What's the new last name going to be?

Answer

We will both be changing our last name to Barr.
