For those of you who are traveling from out-of-town, we are so grateful that you are making the trip to Napa for our wedding celebration. Napa is very busy during crush season, for this reason, we recommend guests book their accommodations further in advance than they usually would. The wedding party will be staying in Napa at the Cottages of Napa Valley (location of Welcome Drinks and Farewell Breakfast), which is ~10-15 minutes from St Helena (location of Ceremony and Reception). There are many wonderful lodging options in Napa. Our favorite way to stay in Napa is at a Bed and Breakfast, Inn, or Airbnb, but there are also plenty of hotels for those who prefer hotels including the one listed below.

Flight

SFO or OAK

The Bay Area has several airports, but SFO and OAK are the most convenient and affordable options. From there you can either rent a car, taxi/uber/lyft, or shuttle to Napa.

Shuttle

Downtown Napa

September 5, 2020 5:30 pm - 11:00 pm

A shuttle will pick guests up at 5:30pm at the Napa Valley Hotel, it will board starting at 5:20 and depart promptly at 5:30. Shuttles from V Sattui back to the Napa Valley Hotel will begin running starting at 8pm and be running every hour thereafter with the last shuttle leaving V Sattui at 11:00pm.

Centrally located in downtown Napa this hotel provides the ideal location. Out shuttles will pick up and drop off here but if the hotel is booked out don't worry, there are plenty of nearby options.
