Gus and Travis were roommates throughout grad school (2015-2020), just one year shy of common-law. Travis considers Gus his actual brother. They grew together over those years, from going to music festivals (Music Midtown, Shaky Beats) to the multiple overnighters writing their theses together.

Maid of Honor
Sarah and Chloe fortuitously met through a random roommate search during grad school at Virginia Tech, but then remained roommates for 3 years. They bonded over game nights, baking (mostly Sarah doing the baking and Chloe + Travis doing the tasting), and 9/10 pm dinner times. Their friendship especially grew after becoming part of The 2020 Pandemic Pod.
Chris Lazzaro

Chris and Travis met during freshman P.E. in high school (2006). They immediately bonded -- joining the pole vault team together, going to concerts, and hanging out. Chris has been like a brother to Travis ever since. No matter how long it has been since last seeing each other, whenever they're together it feels like no time has actually passed.
Megan Siech

Megan and Chloe first met while being the 2 clarinets in the UGA marching band sax section, but it was the following years of parties in Payne, band bus buddies, ECV + Polo Club roommates, guilty pleasure TV shows, nerding out together, and surviving a cross country road trip that built the friendship.
Connor Rietema
Groomsman
Connor and Travis lived together during Travis's last summer in Los Alamos. Recently, Connor graduated and moved to the SF Bay Area, where he and Travis work across the street from each other. Connor and Travis go on hikes, try out breweries, and play board games together on the weekends. Connor is an absolute master at Terraforming Mars, and really all strategy games.
Chandler Baltimore

Chloe met Chandler also through Redcoats and Chandler being Megan's roommate during freshman year. Payne Hall parties and sleepovers started the friendship, but 3 years of living together and roommate shenanigans cemented it. Ask Chandler to pull out the helicopter dance or a Just Dance routine on the dance floor!
Earl Gilbert

Travis and Earl began really bonding during the initial COVID lockdowns, as the Blacksburg COVID pod (or social monogamy) was formed. Wherever Earl goes, he brings a relaxed, down-to-earth, and fun vibe with him. He's a connoisseur of music, games, and general knowledge. Earl's ability to connect with people is unmatched.
Olivia Victoriano

Chloe met Olivia through Chandler (they were in the same section in Redcoats, thanks UGA band!). They first really bonded being the last ones in town to study for a chemistry final, but the lifelong friendship was created as another member of the roommate crew. The friendship took another step when they became co-parents of an adorable bearded dragon (we miss you Drogon!).
