Things To Do

We've mentioned some of our favorite activities here in Charleston, and warmly invite you to share a few of our happiest spots when you're here.

Tour a Historic Charleston Home

51 Meeting Street, Charleston, SC 29401

Charleston architecture dates back as far as the 16th century. If you enjoy art, architecture, and history, these historic homes are preservations of all three. We recommend a guided tour, but a visit is worthwhile either way.

Take in the sun and surf

Folly Beach, SC

Spend a day at one of the nearby beaches - Folly Beach is our favorite, but there's many to choose from.

Visit the Museum at Patriots Point

Mount Pleasant, SC 29464

A museum built inside an aircraft carrier - highly recommend a visit!

The South Carolina Aquarium

Aquarium Wharf, Charleston, SC

Get close to the wildlife at this aquarium! Right on the water, too much fun, and filled with information about the natural life in the area.

Reel in some crabs and enjoy dinner on the beach

50 41st Avenue, Isle of Palms, SC 29451

A super fun guide will take you on a boat tour, with great ecological facts about the area, and you'll learn to catch crabs out on a sand bar. It's BYOB and there's a crab boil - if that's not fun enough, just wait till you find out how you bait crabs.

Play an 18 ... or a 36

Kiawah Island, SC

Charleston has a remarkable selection of golf courses and attached activities - let us set up a tee time for you!

Sit in George Washington's Pew (Yes, Really) at Saint Michael's Church

71 Broad Street, Charleston, SC 29401

Enjoy a Drink at The Citrus Club
