Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony; the ceremony will start at 5:00 pm sharp!
Yes! There will be shuttles taking guests to and from The Residence Inn by Marriott to The Hamilton Manor the day of the wedding to ensure all of our guests are traveling safely between locations. Times of departure will be displayed at the hotel the day of the wedding to ensure everyone can make one of the shuttles in a timely manor.
Each guest will choose one entree, and indicate the selection of entree on their RSVP card. The RSVP card lists the meal selections briefly. Below are the entree selections, described in detail: 1. Salmon fillet stuffed with crabmeat topped with a horseradish remoulade 2. Half spring chicken roasted with a lemon and fresh herbs topped with tomato bruschetta 3. Filet mignon finished with a balsamic demi glaze 4. Seasonal grilled vegetables over a lemon risotto
We all know kids are AWESOME, but to allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen for our wedding day to be adults only and we request that you leave your young ones at home. We're really sorry, but we thank you for understanding!
Our guests' safety and well-being is extremely important to us. Unfortunately, due to current Covid-19 restrictions, we cannot safely host as many guests as we would like. Therefore, if we can provide you with a plus one, the name of your date will be specified on the invitation. This will let each guest clearly know who they can bring to the wedding with the current state restrictions and guidelines. We hope everyone understands, and we wish we could party with everyone on our special day!
Parking is available at the venue location at no cost! Parking is also available at The Residence Inn by Marriott if guests prefer to park there and take one of the provided shuttles over to the venue.
We will be having an after party at the Hamilton Tap & Grill directly after the reception ends. Please note it is recommended you bring a card or cash for drinks if you would like to continue the festivities! Please look at the “schedule” section of our website for more information regarding the after party.
