Is there Internet access?

There is unlimited WiFi at the resort with no additional charges

Can I drink the water?

Answer

Yes the resort has its own water purification system allowing all guests to drink water that is clean and pure. Purified bottled water is also readily available. You'll have bottled waters available in the fridge that will be stocked daily as well. Water OFF the resort may not have the same water purification standards so we advise caution for drinking tap water.

Your resort fee has built in tips for the staff - you are NOT obligated to tip the staff.

No, you do not need any immunizations to travel to Mexico.

Answer

Bug spray will be your best friend. Here is a recommended brand that you can buy on amazon here: https://www.amazon.com/Repel-Eucalyptus-Natural-Repellent-4-Ounce/dp/B004N59OFU/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1508621123&sr=8-4&keywords=zika+mosquito+repellent Also the resort fog/spray for bugs daily, but they have increased their procedures and are doing extra in and around the resort.
