Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! Our registry is on Zola.com- you can search our names. It is also listed at the bottom of our "Save the Date".

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4PM. Please arrive no later than 3:50PM to ensure you have time to find a seat and get settled.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The only "dress code" is no jeans, please. Other than that, wear whatever you can dance in and feels comfortable!

Are children welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! Around 8PM, Ryan (one of my beautiful bridesmaids) will be taking any children that would like, to a space in Hotel Jay. They will watch movies and color until their parents are ready to take them back to their designated rooms. If you choose to have Ryan take your child, please remember to be respectful of Ryan's time and if you are able to, tip Ryan! :)

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please have all food-specific requests to Emily or Derek no later than August 17th, 2022.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Please join us for an after party following the reception. There will be more food and drinks! Sunday morning, Emily and Derek will be in the lobby of Hotel Jay until 11AM- please stop by and say "goodbye"!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

A shuttle will be available to pick you up from your hotel and bring you close to the ceremony spot- please be prepared to do some slight walking (uphill) to the ceremony. If you have trouble walking and will need further transportation up to the ceremony spot, there will be golf carts available to give you a ride.
