What is the attire for your wedding?
Answer
Black Tie Optional! Think of this as a more elevated version of yourself. Men are welcome to wear a tuxedo or suit accompanied by a bow tie or neck tie. Ladies, please dress to impress in a floor length gown, a classy cocktail dress or sophisticated separates.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior (4:30 pm) to account for traffic and parking at the venue.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside. The reception will be indoors.
Question
How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?
Answer
Check back here soon for more details about a potential shuttle service from select hotels to the venue! Uber and Lyft is a great option for guests who do not want to drive as well. If you choose to drive, there is plenty of parking at Baker's Ranch.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Answer
Yes! Baker's Ranch will have ample parking and an attendant to assist guests who choose to drive themselves to the venue.

Can I bring a plus one? Can I bring my kids?

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
Answer
Yes! We have reserved hotel blocks at the Hampton Inn Ellenton/Bradenton and SpringHill Suites by Marriott Bradenton Downtown/Riverfront. There are direct links to book your hotel at the discounted rate. Please keep in mind that rooms at the discounted rate are available on a first come, first serve basis. Additional hotels are listed on our "Travel" page as well!
