Can I Bring A Plus One?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests we have formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, it will be listed on the invitation. We are trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, so if you did not receive a plus one, please respect our wishes. Thank you so much for understanding!

Where Can I Stay?

There are numerous hotels located in Bowling Green, Kentucky which is approximately 30 minutes from our venue. There are also several hotels located Cave City, Kentucky which are also approximately 30 minutes from the venue. We did not block off any rooms due to the vast number of hotels available.

When Should I RSVP By?

Answer

Please rsvp by no later than August 3rd so we can give all vendors an exact number of guests by their requested timeframes. Unfortunately, if you rsvp late, we will not be able to accommodate you. We will send out reminders to rsvp before August 3rd, so please make sure to respond as soon as possible!

What If I Can’t Make It?

You will be greatly missed! If you’re unable to join us for our wedding day, please indicate your regrets by texting the number listed for RSVPs so we can plan accordingly.

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

Guests can start arriving at 5:30 cst at the earliest, and arrive by 6:20 cst sharp at the latest for the ceremony start time of 6:30. Parking attendants will be on site at 5:30 to help guests park.

What Is The Dress Code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends to get dressed up with us! We are requesting a Sunday-best dress code for our special day. The bridal party will be in dusty sage green and lilac. Ladies, please refrain from wearing any white, ivory, or champagne tones. Examples of Sunday Best is: Ladies: a nice dress, pant suit, or nice jeans/pants with a nice blouse Men: Nice jeans, khakis, or trousers with a nice shirt.

Please park where the parking attendant indicates, as they are there to help maximize the space.

Yes! We are having an open bar. Please plan accordingly on how to get home.
