All events for the wedding will take place indoors at the Mosaic Venue, although weather-permitting we'll have balcony access for your photo ops! ;)
We know parking downtown can be tricky, but we've got you covered! The venue has an underground parking lot with 250 spaces and direct elevators to get inside of the building to the space. Additional parking can be found close by at Centre Village Parking Ramp (600 spaces), and there is additional street parking available on 5th Avenue S, 8th Street and 9th Street.
We love your littles and are so excited to have them join us to celebrate. To help you plan accordingly, please note that dinner will be served buffet style (no dedicated plates for children under 3). Additionally, please note the reception is adults only beginning at 9pm.
Unfortunately, no there will not be additional transportation to the venue space. The good news is our recommended hotels are all walking distance within a block of the venue. If transportation is needed, Uber and Lyft as well as taxi services will be able to access the venue!
We kindly ask our guests to join us in dressing for the occasion with semi-formal or cocktail attire. Think dressy but comfortable—cocktail dresses, dressy separates, suits, or sport coats with slacks are perfect. We want everyone to feel great and look fantastic as we celebrate together!
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 PM. We ask that you are promptly seated by 4:15 at the latest.
We kindly ask that you turn off all phones and cameras during our ceremony. We’ve chosen to have an unplugged ceremony so we can all be fully present in the moment—without distractions or devices. However, during the reception we encourage you to take photos and use the QR code at your table to share with us all of your fun memories from the night! Our professional photographer will be capturing everything, and we can’t wait to share those special memories with you afterward. Thank you for honoring this request and helping us create a meaningful, intimate experience.
