Welcome to the party

One of our favorite questions is, "How did you guys meet?" Let’s rewind to 2015, Hannah was a junior in high school and Henrique was a senior. They both attended Shakopee High School, but somehow had never crossed paths until they ended up working in the same place. Hannah & Henrique bumped into each other on a random chance when she stopped in one day. A friendship slowly bloomed over the next year as they worked together, laughing and jamming out to music in the back - with many favorite songs in common. The following year Hannah & Henrique and both began to grow as individuals and in their future academic pursuits - Henrique staying in Minnesota and Hannah in Eau Claire, WI. Again, by random chance Hannah and Henrique ran into each other one sunny day on the UW- Eau Claire campus when Hannah was walking to the student center and Henrique was touring the campus as he was transferring to the university the following year. Fast forward to 2017, Hannah and Henrique finally started dating, and throughout the rest of their college years, they spent time studying together, motivating one another through every dreaded finals week, taking road trips and exploring everywhere from Chicago to Canada, enjoying a few too many nights on Water Street (if you know, you know), and always making time for a date night to cook a meal together. Whatever adventure they could create, they would! Through the highs and lows, and maybe a global pandemic, the couple grew and learned together, accomplishing one milestone at a time- graduation, first jobs, first apartment together, and first cat (shoutout to our boy Goose!). A special thank you to the parents who taught them both how to love, motivate, and nurture the ones we care about most- we are the couple we are today because of them! Now, we are so excited to have you join us for our next milestone- Let's get Henrique & Hannah married!!
