Flight
Lisbon's Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS) is conveniently located ~5 miles from the center of the city. By Taxi or Ride-Sharing (Uber, Bolt): Ubers are typically under ~10 euros. Travel time is typically 10 to 20 minutes, highly dependent on traffic conditions. By Metro (Subway): This is the most cost-effective option. Travel time is typically 15 to 30 minutes. One way tickets are 1.45 euros. The airport is on the Red Line ('Linha Vermelha'). To reach the heart of the historic center (e.g., Baixa-Chiado station), you will need to make one simple transfer at the Alameda station (to the Green Line).
