Travel

The Wedding Website of Hannah Zimmerman and Omari Robinson
Pagosa Springs is tucked away in the San Juan Mountains of southwest Colorado and is well worth the trip. Whether you’re flying or driving, we recommend planning travel early and giving yourself extra time to enjoy the mountains along the way.

Flight

Durango-La Plata County Airport (DRO)

Approximately one hour from Pagosa Springs, Durango will likely be the easiest and most convenient airport option for most guests.

Flight

Albuquerque International Sunport (ABQ)

Approximately 4.5 hours from Pagosa Springs. Albuquerque often offers more flight options and lower fares for guests traveling from out of state.

Flight

Denver International Airport (DEN)

Approximately 5.5–6 hours from Pagosa Springs depending on weather and mountain conditions. This option may work best for guests planning a Colorado road trip or extending their stay.

Rental Car

Durango Car Rentals

Durango, CO

We recommend renting a car for the weekend, especially if you plan to explore Pagosa Springs, visit nearby mountain towns, or extend your trip before or after the wedding festivities. Durango Airport (DRO) offers several onsite rental car options and is the closest airport to the venue area. Because March is still considered winter in the mountains, we strongly recommend allowing extra travel time and checking road conditions before driving through mountain passes. AWD or 4WD vehicles are encouraged when possible. If you’re interested in coordinating rides, sharing rental cars, or need help planning transportation for the weekend, feel free to reach out as we get closer to the wedding date.

Shuttle

Buck Horn Limousine

March 25, 2027 6:00 pm

We are currently exploring shuttle and group transportation options for key wedding events and airport transportation. If you are interested in using a shuttle service, coordinating rides with other guests, or would prefer not to drive during the weekend, please let us know when RSVP details are shared so we can gauge interest and help coordinate options. Please note that March mountain weather can vary, so we recommend allowing extra travel time and checking road conditions before traveling through mountain passes.

Hotel

Elkwood Manor Bed and Breakfast

85 Easy Street, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147

Elkwood Manor Bed & Breakfast is where most of our wedding celebration will take place for the weekend. The property features five unique guest suites, each with it's own bathroom and living space, with cozy lodge-style gathering spaces and beautiful mountain views. The suites can accommodate approximately 10–15 guests total depending on room arrangements and families traveling with children. We’ve primarily reserved the suites for immediate family and a few close relatives for the wedding weekend. We envision this option being a fit for those looking for a more quiet, private, and relaxed option. To help cover lodging and meals throughout the weekend, we’re estimating approximately $200 per person for those that choose to stay at either Elkwood Manor or the lakeside lodge (see below). This would include your room for the weekend, Friday happy hour, dinner and drinks at the wedding on Saturday, and brunch on Sunday morning. If you decide to book your own lodging, we would ask for a significantly reduced cost to cover the happy hour on Friday and Sunday's brunch ($30-$50). Explore the guest suites below!

Hotel

Lakefront Group Lodge

95 Pebble Cir, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147

We’ll also be renting a large lakefront lodge located about 20–25 minutes from Elkwood Manor. The home features 10 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms (6 full, one half), multiple gathering spaces, mountain and lake views, and accommodations for up to about 20 people (sleeping arrangement dependent). We envision this option being more of a loud communal setting where people are likely staying up a little bit later. Omari and Hannah will likely be staying at the lakefront lodge.
