In order for us to properly coordinate with our vendors, we would please ask folks to RSVP by January 7, 2026.
Guests should arrive at the ceremony no later than 3:45 PM to be properly seated for the ceremony.
We are asking guests to join us in dressing up for the occasion and follow a formal dress code. Formal attire consists of floor-length or elegant midi dresses, and suits. Please no jeans and no white.
To allow our hired photographer/videographer to capture this special moment, we ask that our guests please be fully present during the ceremony. We will dedicate some time for folks to take pictures BEFORE the ceremony begins.
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, and then we will move indoors for the reception. The cocktail hour patio will remain open throughout the day for any guests wishing to go outside.
Yes, the venue has plenty of free parking for our guests, and offers over-night parking if needed. Cars left over-night must be picked up the next day no later than 12:00pm as the venue may be preparing for another event to take place that day.
Look folks, we love all the kids in our family, some say Omar himself is a child. However, this will be a kid-free event as we'd like guests to fully enjoy the celebration and ask that accommodations be made for your little ones beforehand.
Unless specified in your invite/RSVP, we unfortunately cannot accommodate extra guests with our already limited capacity.
We will have multiple appetizers served during the cocktail hour and then we will have a buffet with various options for dinner. If you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies please share them with us by the time you RSVP and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Yes, we will have an open bar for our guests to enjoy throughout the day. Please drink responsibly and feel free to leave your vehicles over-night if needed.
