Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Departure from Hotel: 3:45pm – Shuttle bus arrives at Hampton Inn for Guests 4:00 – Guests meet in hotel lobby to board shuttle bus 4:15 – Shuttle departs for Venue 4:30 – Guests arrive at Venue and are greeted for the Ceremony Return to Hotel: 11:00 – Shuttle bus arrives to Reception venue 11:05 – Shuttle departs Reception for the Hotel 11:00 – 12:30 Shuttle continues round trips every 30 minutes 12:50 – Final departure from Reception to Hampton Inn

Getting There & Celebrating Responsibly

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! There will be parking available on the property for guests who choose to drive. Your safety is our top priority. If you plan to enjoy alcoholic beverages during the celebration, we kindly ask that you arrange for a safe ride to and from the venue—whether that’s a uber, taxi, or a designated driver. Please note: cars cannot be left on the property overnight, so make sure your transportation plan accounts for your return trip. Let’s make it a joyful and safe evening for everyone—we can’t wait to celebrate together!
