One of these was moving to Chicago, where Bukky met Biijay, her husband to be. When Sarah and Bukky are together, they love to watch reality TV, talking about current events, singing old songs from childhood favorite movies, eating french fries and relaxing.

Damola and Biijay have known each other for over a decade. They met before going to college and have kept their friendship strong while growing into men across continents. Damola and Biijay connected over debates that could go on for hours, even days. They continue to challenge, support and grow each other through challenging each others assumptions and beliefs. For fun Biijay and Damola enjoy being founding members of Sweet Boy Association.

Beth and Bukky met in graduate school and have been friends for almost a decade. Beth has been Bukky's closest friend in Chicago. They have always lived within 1 mile of one another, and currently are only a 15 minute drive from the other. Beth and Bukky have grown personally, professionally, and shared their faith together. Fun fact: Beth can do impressions of Bukky through different phases over the last 10 years.

Wale and Biijay met during college. During those days, the two of them used to egg each other on to be socially engaging while passionate about important causes. Known to the be the life of the party, Wale's positive and upbeat attitude have kept Biijay laughing and smiling for years. This has been important as they have pursued their MBA program together at Ashland University. No doubt the friendship of this dynamic duo will last for years to come.

Sandra and Bukky have been best friends since college. Sandra and Bukky had many adventures in college from working in the recycling yard to studying psychology. The best part about their friendship is that it has stood the test of time. Through moving across the country and living in different states, their friendship has never dimmered. In their spare time, Bukky and Sandra love to crack themselves up over just about anything.

Aliu and Biijay started their friendship in college. When Bukky asked Biijay"if you were on a deserted island and you had to choose one friend who would let you swim on their back to get off, who would you choose? Aliu was the answer. Aliu is kind hearted, gentle and consistent. He is one of Biijay's most trusted friends. Fun fact: Aliu has been known to eat several month's worth of gari in one week. He is a testament to the fact that one could live only off gari and plantain alone if necessary.

Ṣhetemipe & Ṣheteminire Babasanwo are the lovely nephew and niece of the groom. Setemipe loves his school, pretending to be a ninja, learning songs, trying experiments at home and stealing his uncle Biijay's gum. Shetenire loves playing with her brother, photo shoots, watching cartoons, eating fruit and telling her auntie Bukky secrets.

Lola is the niece of the groom. Lola is very close with her uncle and loves gisting with him. Lola is a student at Truman college. She loves to spend time with friends and doing fashion. Lola's presence is always a joy to her Uncle Biijay and Auntie Bukky.
