What will the weather be like?
Answer
It will be summer in Arizona, so, prepare for triple digit weather during the day. It does cool down by night time but don’t expect sweater weather by any means. Average high around this time of year is 106 degrees and average low is around 80 degrees. Good news is, the entire wedding will be indoors!

Will the wedding have an open bar?
Answer
We will have an open bar for 3 hours starting at cocktail hour. With an hour intermission during dinner. Cash bar will still be available during the break. The open bar selection will be a variety of domestic beer, import beer, a variety of wines and a seltzer option as well. More options will also be available for purchase.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Cocktail or semi-formal attire. It will be summer time in Arizona and we want you to be comfortable yet still somewhat formal. Think of it as the middle ground between formal wear and dressy casual wear.

Will there be hotel room blocks?
Answer
We did not block any hotel rooms for booking however we have included multiple hotels within 15 minutes of the venue for you to explore!

Will there be free parking?
Answer
Yes! There is plenty of on-site parking on the north side of the venue with access from Signal Butte. Signs will guide you to where our wedding ceremony is located.

What if I have dietary restrictions?
Answer
We will have vegetarian and gluten free options available just make sure to select the restrictions when you RSVP. There will also be a kids meal (crispy chicken nuggets with waffle fries & a cookie) provided for children 2-8 years old.

When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
The deadline for RSVP is July 15 you can RSVP under the RSVP tab on this website. The QR code on your invitation will also direct you there.

When does the ceremony start?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 5pm. We ask that you please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.

WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
Answer
The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be held entirely indoors.

HOW DO I GET TO AND FROM THE VENUE IF I AM VISITING FROM OUT OF TOWN?
Answer
The venue address is 1220 N. Signal Butte in Mesa, AZ 85207. The wedding will conclude by 10pm. We strongly encourage scheduling an Uber ahead of time. Another option is renting your own vehicle and driving responsibly. *If you are staying at the Residence Inn by Marriott, they offer a complementary shuttle to and from the venue.

Can we bring kids?
Answer
Absolutely! Many of our family and friends also have little ones and we welcome them to join in our special day. Please just make sure to RSVP if they will be attending.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Unfortunately, due to budget and space limitations, we simply can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we regretfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on RSVP site. Thank you so much for understanding!

You can view our Registry page on this website! We are registered with Zola for our house fund and gifts. We would appreciate any contribution in order to make our dreams come true.
