Seven years have passed since we found one another. We met in 2017 and after 2 years of dating in California, we decided to take our journey to Arizona to see what was in store for us. Neither one of us could have guessed the series of events that quickly followed our huge move. It was January of 2020, just a few months away from the entire world shutting down from COVID-19. We faced a lot during this year not only with what was going on in the world but also with personal things that soon followed and even more heartache years after. One thing that kept strong was our love and commitment to one another. We comforted one another, supported one another, and granted eachother with grace and compassion. In all of the darkness around us, we were eachother’s light. Fast forward to 2023, the brightest light was bestowed upon us. We were expecting a baby girl, and we could not be more grateful. By our anniversary in September, we were engaged and ready to start this chapter in our life. Although the pregnancy was rough, we got through it, because we had eachother and because there was a huge ray of light at the end of the tunnel. March 2024 our beautiful baby Lucy was born and amplified our relationship by growing our family. We decided it was the perfect time to start planning a wedding. And now the day we have been waiting for has finally come. We are so excited to celebrate our wedding just days away from our 8 year anniversary.
