Our wedding dress code will be formal attire. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie or a dress shirt with slacks, while ladies can opt for a formal cocktail dress or dressy pantsuit. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!

How do I purchase a ferry ticket?
Answer
Step 1. Purchase a voucher via groupon for each member in your party by typing in "Groupon deals for Catalina Flyer" to the search bar and selecting the quantity needed for your party. Step 2. Log on to catalinainfo.com and click "Reserve Now" under the round trip service option. Step 3. Select the number of passengers in your party, select "round-trip", select your departure date, select your return date, and click "book now". Step 4. Confirm Departure Date. If you are in the wedding party please plan to depart on October 23rd. Step 5. Select extras or add-ons if you would like. Otherwise click "skip" to move on. Step 6. Confirm Return Date. Step 7. Enter each passenger's information. Step 8. Enter the contact information for the person checking in for the reservation. Step 9. Click on the Promo/Voucher code box to expand the entry field. Enter redemption codes one at a time clicking "apply" between each entry. Repeat this step for each groupon voucher you would like to redeem. Step 10. Confirm Reservation. Should you decide to take a ferry leaving from Dana Point, Long Beach or San Pedro ports, follow these same steps but instead find a groupon voucher for the Catalina Express. You would then enter the voucher code on catalinaexpress.com

When should I purchase a ferry ticket?

Please purchase your ferry ticket 2-3 months in advance to ensure availability as tickets often sell out.

What can I bring with me on the ferry?
Answer
You can bring two pieces of luggage and one carry-on bag on the Catalina ferry. Each piece of luggage can be up to 23 in x 23 in x 37 in and weigh no more than 50 lbs. Each passenger can also bring one carry-on bag that fits under the seat or in the overhead bin. Carry-on bags must be no larger than 12 in x 12 in x 24 in.

What if I get motion sickness?
Answer
The trip over to Catalina can be rough, especially in the morning, so to avoid motion sickness I would suggest sitting on the 2nd or 3rd outdoor deck, rather than the enclosed first floor of the ferry. It also wouldn't hurt to take some dramamine, zofran or ginger supplements prior to departure if you are someone who suffers from motion sickness frequently!
