The average temperature in Estes Park in August for a typical day ranges from a high of 76°F and a low of 47°F. Some would describe it as mildly cool with a gentle breeze. However, some days can get really warm so bring layers for cold or hot weather!
The dress code for our wedding is California casual. Wear something you’re comfortable in—button-up shirts, pants, long flowy dresses, or whatever brings you joy.
If you are staying at the resort, we recommend walking over about 30 minutes before the ceremony starts. There will be someone at the venue directing you to the stairs or the elevator. If driving, please reach out to myself or Thomas for directions on parking.
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Official invitations will be sent out in the spring.
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
There will be vegan options but please let us know ahead of time if there are any dietary restrictions or allergies.
We are so sad you can't make it! But we understand. We’ve decided to stream our wedding ceremony for guests who can’t make it to be with us in person. You’ll find all the details here (link).
Of course! It will be open until 10pm. After that it will be a cash bar until 11pm.
Our wedding will be located at 7,522 feet above sea level. A few tips to avoid altitude sickness: drink plenty of water (double the amount you usually drink), stay in Denver for a day or two to adjust, if hiking just climb slow! Please be aware of this while consuming alcohol, you may notice you feel it quicker!
