What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is garden party formal. If you choose to wear a suit, the tie is optional, and if you choose to wear a dress- fun florals or patterns are encouraged!

How do I get to the ceremony from the Hawthorne Hotel and back again?

Answer

There are three options for going between the ceremony location (House of the Seven Gables) and the reception location (Hawthorne Hotel) 1. The trolley- there will be a private trolley that will run back and forth between the two locations. It will start running at 3pm and take multiple trips back and forth. 2. Driving- there is ample parking at the House of the Seven Gables. At the Hawthorne Hotel there is parking for guests and some street parking. Uber and Lyft are also available. 3. Walking- it is a 0.5 mile walk between the two locations.

Is this a kid friendly wedding?

Answer

Yes! Kids are definitely allowed, however we will not have entertainment or activities for children so we ask that you consider this if you have busy little ones.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate plus-ones that were not already put on the save the date/invite. We appreciate your understanding!
