Accomodation
Āwhitu Presbyterian Camp (reserved for our wedding)
Ravi and I have reserved this whole campsite for the Friday before and the night of our wedding (13th - 15th March). It is an 11-minute drive from the venue. There are 47 beds in ten separate sleeping areas with a mixture of bunks and single beds. It is a basic campground, not a tent site. Think 80s school camp vibes! There are power plugs beside the beds, showers and lots of mirrors parts of it have step-free access, and it has a fully equipped kitchen with a zip (we love ourselves a zip). It is $30 per person per night. Please let Van (Olivia's sibling) know if you have any questions; they're in charge. (van@yates.org.nz). First-come, first-served.
At the venue (reserved for our wedding)
This is accommodation in the lodge, where the wedding will be held. Some of the rooms are already booked for use by our bridal party. However, there are other rooms available - please let Olivia know if you would like to reserve one (oliviayatesy@gmail.com). Price: $90+GST for two nights. $70+GST for one night. Includes a cooked breakfast from the hosts, Kevin and Grainne.
Big Bay Holiday Park
Also a campground, but has more facilities. Booking essential. 20min drive to venue. Get it in ya!
Āwhitu Regional Park Campsite
It is an Auckland Council campsite. Budget as. 15 minute drive to venue. Get it in ya!
Castaways Resort
For you bougie... people. 25mins from the venue. Room prices vary, but from minimal research, approx. $350 for the cheapest one. Chur brudda.
Waiuku AirBnBs
Waiuku sure does have some nice Air Bnbs and motels. Its a bit of a bargain for a weekend away. 21mins away from the venue, what a dream. Get it in yas!
