FAQs

The Wedding Website of Olivia Belles and Matt Turner
As anxious people ourselves, we wanted to cover all bases and try to answer as many questions as we could think of! Of course, if we left off a question you have, please please reach out to us!
Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limited seating at the event, not all children have been included on the guest list. The RSVP for your family will list who seats have been designated for at the ceremony & reception.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No specific dress code - dressy casual or semi-formal is encouraged. Most importantly we want you to feel confident & comfortable!

Question

Will the wedding events be held inside or outside?

Answer

Both ceremony & reception will be held indoors!

Question

What is the parking situation?

Answer

A parking attendant from the venue will assist with parking upon your arrival - some guest should expect a short walk on a gravel path from parking to the venue space.

Question

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! The venue is fully accessible for all.

Question

Will there be food?

Answer

OF COURSE! On the menu for the evening will be a variety of soups, charcuterie, fruit, and tossed salad. Dessert will be an assortment of holiday treats! All menu items will be nut free.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Doors for the venue will open at 4:45pm - guests are welcome to come anytime after 4:45pm to get acclimated and mingle. We ask that all guests be settled into their seats for the ceremony to begin at 5:15pm.

Question

Will there be a gap between ceremony & reception?

Answer

We will have a short and sweet ceremony and will move directly into the rest of the reception and dinner - with no additional cocktail hour.

Question

If I am staying overnight, where can I stay?

Answer

The couple has reserved wedding blocks at several local hotels in the area - these are listed under the "Accommodations" tab. There are many lodging options available in the area - we would encourage you look for places in: Nashville, Indiana Columbus, Indiana or Brown County State Park

Question

Should I bring cash?

Answer

We will not be serving alcohol, and all drinks options will be free! However, we will be having a Cash 50/50 Raffle as a part of our party festivities, if you wish to participate!
