When Should I RSVP by?

Answer

Invites will be sent by the first week of July. Please RSVP by September 1st. If we do not receive an RSVP by then, we will treat it as a no. Thank you!

When should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive atleast 30 minutes early if possible to give yourself enough time to get situated.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: You can wear anything from suits, tux, cocktail dresses, midi dresses, and floor length gowns.

Can I bring a plus 1?

Answer

Although we love a big celebration, we’ve chosen a more intimate wedding. We kindly ask that attendance be limited to the guests listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! When you RSVP, please note any dietary restrictions.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided to the ceremony at the church. After the ceremony, please go back to the Hilton Garden Inn and transportation will be provided to the reception venue and back after. The shuttle leaves at 5:00pm for the reception. If you are staying at a different hotel or want to drive yourself, you can uber or there is parking available on site at the reception venue.

Are hotel room blocks available?

Yes, we have rooms blocked off at the Hilton Garden Inn Gallatin. On the Travel tab, you can find a link to the bookings page. Please book your room as soon as possible to secure your stay.
