We’re getting married!

On move-in day of Olivia’s freshman year of college, she and her parents were carrying boxes to her dorm when they crossed paths with a set of twins living just a few doors down. Without missing a beat, Olivia’s mom, Julie, jokingly said, “You better date one of those twins.” At the time, it seemed like nothing more than a joke, but as it turns out, she was exactly right. Olivia and Justin quickly became part of the same friend group during freshman year, building a natural friendship that laid the foundation for what was to come. By the start of sophomore year, during all the uncertainty of the COVID pandemic, Justin decided to take a chance. Just before Christmas, he traveled to see Olivia and told her how he felt. Although she was hesitant at first, Olivia chose to take a leap, and it was the best decision she could have made. Over the next five years, including their time through college, their relationship deepened as they created countless memories together. Among their favorites was welcoming their dog, Brody, into their lives. After graduating in May 2024, they took the next step and moved together to Olivia’s hometown of Purcellville, Virginia. One year later, surrounded by family, the warm glow of lights, and the magic of Christmas, Justin asked Olivia to marry him, bringing their story full circle and opening the door to the next chapter of their lives together.
