What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5pm. We'd recommend arriving by 4:30.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is plenty of parking! There are also handicap accessible parking spots.

Cocktail or Formal attire is preferred!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There is a shuttle that will leave the Virginian Hotel at 3:45 pm. The shuttle will only be making one run. The shuttle will leave the venue at 10pm to return guests to the Virginian Hotel.
