Parents of the Bride
On their first date in April 2019, Hanna told Olivia about a "crazy idea" he had for Olivia and her parents (whom he hadn't met yet!) to travel to meet his family and see his home while he was there for a visit at the end of the summer. In August 2019, his idea came true when Olivia and her parents traveled to the Holy Land to meet Hanna's family for the first time. The Bashas welcomed the Eaneses with open arms and took them on the grand tour of the land. This photo was taken at Caesarea by the Mediterranean Sea.
Parents of the Groom
In the Arab culture, an engagement is official when the elder of the groom's family asks the elder of the bride's family for the bride's hand. Usually this happens in a special ceremony with the extended family and friends of both sides present. Since the situation was unique and a full ceremony wasn't possible, this tradition was celebrated over a special dinner with the couple and their parents when the Bashas were visiting Charlotte for Hanna's graduation in December 2019. This photo was taken that evening.
Siblings of the Groom
Hanna is the oldest of four, and Olivia is thrilled to be gaining two brothers and a sister on top of getting a husband! Elias, Hanin, and Daniel are all musically talented. Hanna and Olivia are excited to have them be a part of their special day and grateful to have them in their life.
