Pre Wedding Safari will be from July 23-26, 2026. Wedding Ceremony on July 27th. Join us for a pre-wedding safari adventure through Zimbabwe and Botswana before the wedding celebrations begin! Guests will arrive in Victoria Falls on July 23rd, explore the Falls and surrounding activities on July 24th, then continue into Botswana for safari experiences along the Chobe River and in Chobe National Park on the 25th. Expect game drives, sunset boat safaris, bush dinners, incredible landscapes, and time to relax and connect before the wedding. On July 26, everyone will transfer to the wedding camp area near Kubu & Kwena Lodge for a welcome evening before the wedding celebration on July 27. Hotel options ranging from luxury safari lodges to more affordable stays are available. You are also very welcome to arrive whenever works best for your schedule — we’ll happily help coordinate transfers and logistics so you can join the safari along the way.

We will have Bachelor and Bachelorette Parties on the night of July 26th, 2027 near the wedding venue. Everyone at the wedding is invited! We'll split off into Guy and Gal party groups and then meet back up later in the night to party together!

The attire will be Semi Formal! Meaning dresses and button down shirts. No stilettos, No tie necessary. Think Safari-chic! :) Tans, creams, beige, whites preferred.

You’re very welcome to fly out anytime in the day or two following the wedding, though Wednesday and Thursday will likely be the easiest travel days. If you’d like to spend an extra night in Victoria Falls before flying home, we’re happy to help coordinate lodging recommendations, transfers, and logistics depending on your flight schedule.

July 29 - August 4th, 2026. Wedding Ceremony on July 27th. For those continuing the adventure after the wedding, we’ll be road-tripping across Namibia together. We'll leave the Zambezi region on the 29th early morning. We’ll head to Etosha National Park for incredible wildlife viewing and safari experiences, then continue to Spitzkoppe - Freddy’s favorite place in Namibia - where he’ll lead a climb to the Summit for the brave! Next, we’ll head to Swakopmund on the coast for 4x4 dune driving at Sandwich Harbour, skydiving, scenic flights over the dunes and Skeleton Coast, and exploring the town. From there, we’ll continue to Sossusvlei to hike the world's largest dunes and experience the surreal landscapes of the Namib Desert. On the way back to Windhoek, we’ll stop at Naankuse Wildlife Sanctuary, to play with some Cheetahs, before everyone flies home from Namibia. Estimated cost: approximately USD 2,000 per person including lodging, transport, and activities. Maximum 18 people.
