TGV - Easiest travel to the countryside
We highly recommend that guests landing at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport use the train to get to the region where the party will be taking place. There are options from within Paris for anyone wanting to spend some time in the city before or after the party. For those that wish to travel directly to Burgundy, I highly recommend taking the TGV (bullet train) that leaves directly from the airport. You will have the option to travel directly to Le Creusot-Montchanin station (the best option as this is where you can easily rent a vehicle), or to travel to Lyon where you would then switch to a local train and travel to Tournus. I know this can be intimidating, so if anyone needs help booking their train tickets or figuring out a rental car situation, please reach out to me. Le Creusot - TGV station (fast train) and Car Rental
This is where guests can arrive or leave from the region on the high-speed train system. Airbnb is a great resource to use when searching for housing around this region. There are tons of options and dates available nearby the venue. Search the area around Sennecey-le-Grand or us the zipcode for our village, which is 71240. Anything within 15miles (25km) of there should be great!
