We met in college in South Dakota, where Olivia grew up and where Cody discovered that chemistry was… not his strongest subject. After a gentle nudge from his track coach, he started going to tutoring. Determined to pass, and maybe a little more determined to talk to Olivia. Cody showed up to tutoring every single week, usually without homework, questions, or even a pencil. But he did have one clear goal: get to know the cute tutor. After a month of “attending” chemistry tutoring (and doing suspiciously little actual chemistry), he finally worked up the courage to ask her on a date.
