When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The RSVP tab will be available as we get closer to the wedding. The date to RSVP will be noted on the official wedding invitation.

Are Kids Allowed?

Answer

We adore little ones! However, due to limited space at our venue, we’ve decided to make our wedding adults-only. We encourage you to use this opportunity as a date night or a mini vacation!

Can I Bring a Plus One?

Answer

We can only accommodate those formally invited on the invitation due to limited space at our venue. If you received a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation in order to RSVP.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking available at the venue, and it is well-lit for your safety and convenience.

Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

Yes, you’re welcome to leave your car overnight at the venue. We kindly ask that it be picked up by 9:00 AM on Saturday, August 23rd, as requested by the venue, to ensure the parking area is clear for other events. Thank you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up alongside us! We are requesting a formal attire dress code for the evening. Feel free to wear any color you like, but please no white.

Where should I stay?

Answer

First off, thank you so much for traveling to celebrate with us! We’ve compiled a list of great hotels near the venue where you can book accommodations for the night. You can find this information under the travel tab, complete with links to each hotel. Since South Haven is a popular tourist destination in West Michigan, we recommend booking sooner rather than later! There are also plenty of Airbnbs in the area to consider. Additionally, we recommend checking out nearby towns within 25 minutes of the venue, including Saugatuck, St. Joseph, and Coloma. Holland, MI, is about 30 minutes away as well.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can't make it please make sure to RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly with our guest count for vendors. If plans change after you already RSVP'd please contact Chris or Olivia asap. We will also be sending out text reminders to all guests via TextMyWedding, because who doesn’t love a reminder?

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM. To avoid missing anything, we recommend arriving by 4:00-4:10 PM to allow time for parking and finding a seat before it starts!

Can I take Photos/Videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired an amazing photographer named Heather, who will be there to capture all the special moments of the ceremony! We kindly ask that phones be put away and turned off or on silent during the ceremony. However, we encourage you to take as many photos and videos as you’d like once the ceremony is over! Feel free to use our wedding hashtag as well: #OliviaFoundHerMoy!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Your health and safety are very important to us! Our catering service offers vegan, gluten-free, and vegetarian options to accommodate various dietary needs. If you have a specific food allergy or need to make a special request, please let us know in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you. Our head of catering, Gale, will connect with you specifically before dinner service to ensure you feel comfortable!

Safety?

Answer

If you know Olivia, you know she is all about safety! Haha! South Haven is a beautiful beach city and a very safe, family-friendly community. It’s also close to the bride's hometown. The nearby towns mentioned earlier are equally lovely and scenic, making them great options for your stay.
