Yes, there is parking at Lovingston Winery behind the barn, but it is limited. There will be transportation from The Elston Inn for all guests who are staying there.
There will be two 56 passenger busses arriving at The Elston Inn at Sweet Briar College at 3:50 pm on Saturday, July 6th. They will wait until about 4:00 to depart so don’t be late! The busses will then pick everyone back up at the end of the night around 10:45.
The ceremony will begin at 5 pm. Gates to the venue will close at 5. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the start time to ensure you are able to walk from the parking lot down to the ceremony site.
As much as we love your little ones, unless they were noted on the invitation, please make arrangements for them and enjoy a parents night out celebrating with us.
While we would love for everyone to attend and celebrate our special day, we are limited to a certain number of guests. Please see you formal invitation for the number of guests allotted for your party.
