The wedding is on Saturday, October 4th, 2025. The ceremony will be starting at 5:30 PM, please be seated no later than 5:15 PM. If you received an invite and it does not specifically mention a ceremony invite, then that means you are more than welcome to come celebrate with us afterwards for the reception, which begins at 7:00 PM.
We would like this to be a formal occasion! We would love for our guests to dress to impress! Think timeless, elegant, and celebratory! We are sure you will all look GREAT in whatever you decide to wear!
The wedding is entirely indoors! It is located on the second floor of the Madison building. Use the elevator or stairs located on the east side of the first floor. There is plenty of parking in the venue parking lot, or you can also park in the free parking garage on the north east side of the Madison.
We are having Hug-hes cater small foods such as bread, cookies, vegetables, and fruit. We will NOT be serving individual meals, so plan ahead.
Due to limited space at the venue, we kindly request that no plus ones be brought TO THE CEREMONY unless specifically noted in your invitation. Of course, all spouses are warmly invited. However, everyone is welcome to the reception!!! Bring everybody you know!!! Thank you for your understanding!
Please do not use any cameras or cell phones during the ceremony. We want this to be a special moment with all of our loved ones without technology getting in the way, thank you.
