FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by April 1st through the "RSVP" section on our wedding website. If you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm. We ask that guests arrive 20-30 minutes early to ensure enough time to grab a seat! Once the ceremony has started, guests will no longer be permitted into the ceremony space.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are requesting semi-formal attire! For ladies, we suggest wearing a midi or floor-length dress. For gentlemen, a suit and tie is welcome, though a blazer with slacks is equally appropriate. Please refrain from wearing jeans, hats, sneakers, or any shade of white or cream. We appreciate your effort in dressing up with us for the occasion!

Question

Can I bring my kids or a plus one?

Answer

Aside from immediate family, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited on your invitation. If you have received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you silence and put away cell phones during the ceremony. We have an amazing photographer who will capture the entire evening! Photos are welcome during cocktail hour and the reception.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

While gifts are not expected, we are so thankful for everyone supporting us during this new chapter of our lives! We are registered through Target, Amazon, Crate and Barrel, and Pottery Barn. The full registry can be found under the "Registry" section or by visiting the websites directly.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved hotel blocks at the Sheraton in Greensboro and the Hampton Inn & Suites in Burlington, which are listed under the "Travel" section. There are limited accommodations in Liberty, so we recommend staying in Burlington, Greensboro, or Chapel Hill if choosing to stay at a hotel. We are so thankful for those willing to travel to celebrate with us!

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Our venue has both paved and gravel parking lots and also has handicap parking spots available. There will be plenty of space as we know many of our guests will be coming from out of town, but feel free to carpool if you'd like!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation to and from the hotels. Services like Uber and Lyft are scarce in the area, so the venue recommends ordering those in advance if needed. Cars may be left overnight at the venue, but must be picked up by 11:00 am the next day.
