Father of the Bride
Anyone who has met Olivia's father, also known as “Ed”, knows that he is friendly and engaging. Not only does he love a good beer or a glass of red wine, he also loves the retired life and live music (especially that of the Blues). Originally from California, Ed and Kathy decided to elope and move to Arkansas where they raised their two daughters, Olivia and Marisa.
Mother of the Bride
Katharine, or as most people know her by, "Kathy", is a retired high school Math, Science, and Spanish teacher. Kathy was the first person to teach Olivia how to play tennis and ping-pong. Kathy loves to play ping-pong and looks forward to challenging anyone at the venue at the in-house ping-pong table. Ed and Kathy met in California. Kathy would visit California in the summers and Ed saw her as she frequently walked passed his home on the way to her granny's.
Sister of the Bride
Olivia's sister, Marisa, is an avid outdoors goer, kickballer, and promoter of all things UV protection. She works to ensure Veteran's are taken care of at the Veteran's Benefit Administration and enjoys traveling around the United States. Ask her for her favorite recommendations!
Sister of the Groom
Wesley's sister Kelsey can best be described as a field linguist and humanitarian. She had embedded herself into the Yaminawa community in the Peruvian Amazon and has helped document the way emotion is communicated through language. Kelsey and her husband Alex also operate a growing livestreaming business that collaborates with social justice organizations.
Mother of the Groom
Pam, or known as “Ms. Neely” to the many students she has had over the years, is a retired elementary art teacher. From ceramics to painting, Pam has an unbridled creativity about her. Enjoying retirement, she can often be found in her garden where she flexes the greenest of thumbs.
Father of the Groom
Known to many as “Don”, Wesley’s father was a former geneticist turned unfinished furniture business owner (Out of the Woods). Quick witted and devoted family man, he sadly passed away in 2008. Don and Pam met in Oklahoma. Similar to Olivia and Wes, they celebrated their marriage with a backyard reception though a week after Pam turned 18!
